Join our Transition team helping young people plan next steps after highs school. This position supports young people with their education and employment goals. This position works in a local high school while enjoying perks of a school calendar and flexible schedule.

Schedule: FT, Mon-Fri 40 hrs/week


Location: Troy High School

Requirements:
Associates Degree
-At least one year of experience in networking, vocational training, special education, or job development - preferably related to children/young adults/students
-Applicants must have a valid driver's license with a year of driving experience with the full license and reliable transportation.
