Quality Improvement Auditing Specialist

Position Description
The Quality Improvement Auditing Specialist leads the residential program in measuring and improving corporate compliance, adherence to governmental regulations, customer satisfaction and quality assurance. This person will train and support teams in areas within OPWDD audit protocols. They are responsible for assuring knowledge regarding data findings, themes and process improvements across the Residential IRA program. He/She will conduct mock interview surveys, complete follow up activities, drop in visits and program evaluations as assigned.

The Quality Improvement Auditing Specialist will act as a secondary investigator of agency incidents.

Education/Experience Required:

Bachelors Degree with 2 years residential management experience or Associates Degree with Five Years experience in residential management. Computer Skill are preferred. Must have a valid New York State Driver’s license and good driving record.
