We are a NYS health care worker BONUS employer.  This means you could be eligible for up to $3000! 
Salary: $16.85 per hour

We have multiple open schedules in which we can accommodate your life style including day shifts, evenings, and  overnights.  We offer full time hours,  Part-Time, and per-diem..  Rachel can help find the right fit for you!! 

**Schedules are not rotating. Candidates must be able to regularly work weekends and attend daytime trainings if hired.**

Requirements:
A HS Diploma or GED or successful completion of a Pre-Employment Test
Valid NYS Driver's License with at least one year of non-permit driving experience (For positions that require driving)

For certain overnight shifts only - we can accept applicants who do not have a driver's license
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Must be comfortable giving individuals direct care including assisting with personal hygiene tasks.
