Position Description

We are looking to hire  a highly motivated, detail orientated individual for the Administrative Assistant position.  This position will be responsible for the day to day operations of all support, secretarial, and clerical functions for the agency's Executive Team.  

This position Coordinates attends, transcribes, and distributes meeting agendas, minutes, and appropriate materials for the Finance Committee of the Board, Board of Director meetings, and other meetings deemed necessary.   

Education and/or Experience Required:   Highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with

3-5 years of office experience, with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility and competencies. Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Business Administration or related field preferred. 

  • Three years of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office or comparable work processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent written, verbal, political, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills including flexibility, creativity, resourcefulness, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines, manage people/tasks.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
